Vigorously increase input in children's immunization

From the 1st July, the free immunization program in Zhejiang will cover tab injection of measles, mumps and German measles, so children within the age range will have free inoculations of this tab injection. Many parents especially migrate workers will neglect the inoculation. The free inoculation of measles, mumps and German measles policy was implemented from 1st July 2007. All children born after 1st January 2006 will be covered.Except Zhejiang, there are only Beijing and Tianjing have such children's immunization program of measles, mumps and German measles.

From this year, the government will increase 20 million budgets for hepatitis B immunization on children under the age of 15 in this year and next one.

To the immunization of migrate population, China cooperated with the Children foundation and Health Department of UN is planning a immunization program focus on migrate children. Jiashan, Beilun and Shangyu in Zhejiang will be pilots.
