Restaurant owner offers 500 yuan to search bilker

A restaurant owner in Wenzhou, east China's Zhejiang province, has offered to pay a sum of 500 yuan(US$60) to anybody who helped find a man who owed him 19 yuan(US$2.3) of meal bill, Wenzhou Commerce Post reports.

According to the reports, the restaurant owner had posted numerous "notices" in the city to search the bilker.
