Museum joins hands with Japan counterpart

Zhejiang Nature Museum and Japan Fukui Prefectural Dinosaur Museum
signed an agreement on Thursday to forge sister relations between the two
museum.
Fukui Prefectural Dinosaur Museum is a world-famous specialized museum
featuring fossils of ancient creatures
With a history of more than 70 years, Zhejiang Nature Museum is one of the
oldest museums in China and has a total of 110,380 pieces of collections in
a great variety of categories.
Zhejiang Nature Museum which currently located on Jiaogong Road in downtown
Hangzhou will move to a new location at the West Lake Culture Square under
construction.
The new Zhejiang Nature Museum has a total floor area of over 20,000 square
meters and is expected to be open to public in 2006.
